Your use of the website www.taxcasedigest.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website") and its related sites, services and tools is governed by the terms and conditions as contained in this Agreement ("Agreement"). 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING OR ANY OTHER LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL THE LIABILITY OF PAVISAN PUBLICATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID BY YOU.
12. DOWNLOADING AND COPYING: RESTRICTIONS ON USE
All materials on this website (“Online Material”), including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, images, articles, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, audio clips, video clips, software, and other elements making up the Service are protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Pavisan Publications or by other parties that have licensed their material to Pavisan Publications. You may take print out of the Online Material for non-commercial personal use only, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained therein. 15. VIOLATIONS

16. EXPIRY OR TERMINATION
On expiry or termination of the subscription you will immediately cease to have any rights in respect of the access to our Database or any part of it.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Pavisan Publications and their agents harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to any terms of this Agreement.
18. LETTERS TO THE EDITOR OR OTHER SUCH COMMENTS OR MATERIALS
Any comments, materials, or letters sent by you to contact@taxcasedigest.com regarding the website or its content, including questions, comments, suggestions, criticisms or the like (“Received Materials”) shall be deemed to be non-confidential and free of any claims of proprietary or personal rights unless you explicitly state in the correspondence that the letter is “not for publication” and contains “private and proprietary” information that may not be distributed. Pavisan Publications shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Received Materials and Pavisan Publications will be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, edit, abridge, create derivative works from and/or distribute the Received Materials without limitation or restriction. However, in the event of any requirement to disclose such content by any government authority or court/tribunal, Pavisan Publications reserves its rights to provide the same to such government authority or court/tribunal.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

21. REFUSAL OR DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE
Pavisan Publications reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any user for non-compliance with these Terms of Service.
22. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes relating to the Terms and Conditions or claims arising therefrom will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts / forums / tribunals at Chennai, India only.
